精密鋼管長度和外形有哪些要求？下面無縫鋼管廠就來給大家說說！
國內(nèi)現(xiàn)在一般廠家生產(chǎn)的精密鋼管的長度為2000～12000mm，對定尺和倍盡長度的規(guī)定為：精密鋼管定尺長度及倍尺總長度應(yīng)在通常長度范圍內(nèi)，當(dāng)精密鋼管的長度≤5000mm時，全長允許偏差為0～5mm；長度＞5000mm時，全長允許偏差為0～10mm，每個倍尺長度的精密鋼管應(yīng)留出的切口裕量為：外徑≤159mm時，留出的切口裕量為5～10mm；當(dāng)精密鋼管的外徑＞mm時，留出的切口裕量為10～15mm。
在對精密鋼管的外徑要求上，一般對精密鋼管的彎曲度應(yīng)不大于3.0mm/m。外徑大于16mm的精密鋼管全長彎曲度按上屈服強度Reh的不同，應(yīng)符合以下規(guī)定：Reh≤500MPa，≤0.15%L；Reh＞500MPa，≤0.20%L。如果精密鋼管的供求雙方經(jīng)過協(xié)議，每米彎曲度和全長彎曲度可采用其他的規(guī)定。
不圓度方面，精密鋼管的不圓度應(yīng)不大于外徑公差的80%；當(dāng)精密鋼管的壁厚不均，供求雙方應(yīng)妥當(dāng)協(xié)商。

On the requirements of precision steel tube diameter, the general precision steel tube bending should be no greater than 3.0 mm/m.Diameter greater than 16 mm length of precision steel tube bending on the yield strength of the Reh, shall meet the following requirements: Reh acuities were 500 mpa, 0.15% or less L;Reh > 500 mpa, 0.20% or less L.If the supply and demand both sides precision steel tube agreement, bending per meter and the total length of bending can adopt the rules of the other.
Out of roundness, the out of roundness of precision steel tube should be not greater than 80% of the outside diameter tolerance;When the precision of steel tube wall thickness uneven, both supply and demand should be appropriate to negotiate.
